To this end, GoodFuels develops and introduces sustainable alternatives to fossil fuels for shipping and heavy road transport. In addition, GoodShipping offers shippers a solution to make their transport footprint more sustainable with ‘insetting’, a service to reduce CO2, whereby the impact is realized within their own industry. Together with GoodShipping, GoodFuels is part of the GoodNRG Group, a fast-growing scale-up in Amsterdam with an international and close-knit team.
To strengthen our mission-driven team, we are immediately looking for a People & Culture Partner.

About the role
You have a passion for the P&C profession, you have a clear vision, and you contribute ideas and discussions about the strategic course of the organization. As a People & Culture Partner, you will work in a dynamic working environment, and you will be a sparring partner for organizational issues for management. You are responsible for the employee journey that our employees take with us. You work closely with the business and work on both a tactical and operational level. Your goal is to ensure that we have the right people on our team and that everyone can enjoy their work in a pleasant and effective way. Guarding our culture and the connection that the team feels with our mission is your responsibility. You don’t mind keeping your personnel administration in order. Finally, as a natural connector, you work together with the People & Culture colleagues within the FinCo Fuel Group (our parent company) on joint P&C objectives and you report to the Head of People & Culture of the entire group.

Your responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to it:
• You take care of the entire recruitment process and optimize where necessary;
• You ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding;
• Together with your colleague P&C Professionals, you provide innovative P&C solutions such as sustainable employability, vitality, and modern employment
• You bring structure to existing processes;
• You facilitate semi-annual evaluation interviews and the annual performance cycle;
• You initiate development programs and events for the team, from strategy days, team trips to workshops;
• You are continuously looking for opportunities to offer the team the best possible working environment.

 
Who are you?

In addition, you also have:
• A completed HBO education in HRM direction;
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-growing, international environment
• You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, in word and in writing
